Company founded by Lee Franciscus with a focus on new construction roofing in Northeast Ohio.
2000 - Nail Clean-Up Guarantee
Introduced the nail cleanup guarantee, adding full debris and nail removal to every project.
2004 - Free Roof Giveaway
Launched the annual free roof giveaway program to support local families and veterans.
2016 - Owens Corning Platinum Preferred
Achieved certification as an Owens Corning Platinum Preferred Contractor, placing the company among the top three percent of the network nationwide.
2021 - Roof Deployment Project
Participated in the Roof Deployment Project for veterans through Owens Corning and installed a free roof for a U.S. Army veteran in Elyria, Ohio.
2025 - Partnered with Alloy Roofing
Formed a partnership with Alloy Roofing to strengthen regional operations and create a unified team focused on delivering a better overall experience for homeowners.
