• Essay Submission: Individuals can nominate themselves or someone they know by submitting an essay of 300 words or less, detailing why they or their nominee deserves a free roof. This initiative seeks to recognize the quiet heroes among us.
• The Inspiration: The idea was born from a heartfelt story of a local family in need, highlighting the importance of community support and the impact a single act of kindness can have on a person’s life.
• Community Involvement: In partnership with local radio stations, Purple Heart Homes, and Owens Corning, we’ve expanded our reach to provide free roofs to veterans as well, honoring their service and sacrifice.
